Dr. Tiller's parameters were anything under 10 months.

It is my understanding that Dr. Tiller's clinic had parameters that patient's had to sign off on before he would perfrom the medical procedure. If Dr. Tiller was operating in violation of codified law, why wasn't he arrested? If he was operating within the parameters of codified law, he's a law abiding citizen in exercise of his rights.

Let me express my heartfelt thanks at your warmth and kindness, Mr. Kimball. Do you plan to actually address the topic at any point in the near future?

You obviously didn't bother to read the article I linked earlier. Just because someone signs off to have an abortion doesn't mean the abortionist isn't breaking the law. And just because someone is breaking the law doesn't mean he will be arrested. Your thinking and understanding of this issue are very shallow. In fact it barely scratches the surface of the issue.

Because what never happened, never happened. Ive seen this example used. If I get away with driving 90 in a 45, Im not exactly a law abiding citizen. I just got away with it. Good riddance to a friggin murderer. Im sure if he didnt lose sleep while killing babies, he is now

Hey no problem. Actually I posted a response before I read the rest of the thread and went back and made this deletion. Thanks.

Every miscarriage is an abortion, I guess to your view, performed by "god."

You are suggesting that the powers that be in Witchita, Kansas, didn't want to deal with the issue... and that's why Dr. Tiller's practice abided? I hope you are trying to be inflammatory on the "good riddance" stuff.

My reading of the issue, from different sources than you post (wonder why), suggests you're a "homer" on the issue. If you are suggesting Dr. Tiller is some sort of Josef Mengele or something, go ahead and say it. Let's have the rabbit out of hiding.

Every miscarriage is the body's way of saying there is something wrong with the pregnancy!! You have the audacity to compare women that have miscarried, with those that of there own free will choose to walk into a clinic and let a doctor kill their child, yes I said kill, because that's what it is!!! You can quote any law you want to, just because there is a law that says doctors can preform certain procedures does not make it morally right... As for god I DO BELIEVE that he knows what is best for each and everyone of us, the bible says thou shall not kill, period, legal or not, Id say if you could talk to the doctor right now, you my friend would change your mind!!! :devilflam
