I believe this was a poll on ESPN, but what do you prefer a team that is relaxed/loose or one that comes out focused/serious?

There is a time and place for both. If I am the prohibitive favorite I want my team focused, because all too often rela***ion could lead to complacency. This is where you get your teams "sleepwalking".
On the flip side, if my team is the underdog or enter in a game too close to call I want them relaxed. All too often I have seen teams who have a good chance of pulling an upset or beating a team who owns a winning streak over them who lose the game because they play too tense and too fired up. This was the discussion after Belfry played Sheldon Clark.

I like my teams the same way I like my women; Loose and Focused.

I believe I like a little of both. The right mixture that they are relaxed enough to go out and have fun, joke around during warm ups, etc. But not too relaxed I don't want them "goofing" off. I believe there is a time and place for both. It's okay to be relaxed in warm ups, but I guess once you run out onto the field you need to be focused. After all this is High School "KIDS" they need to be having fun!!!

I want them Focused on the GamePlan at the beginning and executing it - THEN the Relaxation and FUN will happen once we are beating the opponent!
