I've not made one in over 5 years but my all time favorite is sausage, fried eggs, tons of American cheese, on light bread fried in butter. It rocks.

Scrambled eggs mixed with tuna, and mushrooms, smothered in American cheese, on toast. It tastes even better when eaten with pretzels.

I'm alright with a simple ham/turkey or bologna sandwich.
Mainly just with cheese, but with the bologna I like to add mustard too.

Inside Out Burger, i make them alot at home take burger patty and put bacon, cheese, onions, mushrooms, or what ever you want on it then take another patty and put on top and crease the edges together and cook that SOB, and i always make over medium eggs to put on top with more cheese and bacon and toast ya bun, its good

One of my buddies has a patent on a sandwich. He calls it the "Chip Sandwich" he basically put ham and cheese then puts a buncha chips in it as well. It taste pretty good.
