As we reported yesterday, CM Punk suffered an injury scare in a spot with The Miz at Saturday's live WWE event in which he was dropped on his head during a suplex by Miz. WWE is concerned that Punk is not okay following the scare even though Punk is insisting he is. Below is a photo of the scare:
