Robert Mayfield one of our best ever running backs has died at the age of 61. Prayers to his family and friends. I remember Robert playing if he got the corner on ya it was all over. RIP Robert

Robert worked for us at Midtown a few years ago used ri be married to one of our current employees. Loved sports was every Mayfield and quite a few Murray State games. He coached me in little league football as well. Really loved the game! Rest in peace Robert.

I was in his home briefly a couple of years ago. He still had Mayfield Cardinal memorabilia hanging on his walls. He truly loved Cardinal football and was very proud to have been a member of the team. He spoke of it with great passion. My prayers go out to his family.
