I wouldn’t say regional favorites. I guess you could put them in a pool of a few but until Pikeville is dethroned then they are still the favorite. Now Martin was able to do it in the All A but losing 7 straight don’t make them the favorite to do it at the moment.

Martin county may have been playing their best ball at the wrong time. Need to get it figured out quick time is running out on the cards.

It started with Evangel Christian. A few of our players were severely ill with stomach virus. They played the game and pretty much got dominated by a better team. Seems like the fight in them left after that game. You can even see it in warmups. Players were smiling, throwing down dunks and feeding off of each other. Now it looks like they are warming up for a game they dont want to play...Maybe they will figure it out, maybe not. Sure would be a disappointing end to a promising season!

Was watching the livestream of this last night. Saw one of Martin kids run off the floor and not return. Anyone know what the deal with that was? Figured he may have been a little under the weather or something.

Martin couldn’t buy a basket. Hazard is solid and will likely win the Region

Martin County still has a lot of talent and time to turn this around. But they are starting to look like a team that peaked too early. It’s hard to get out of a rut like this late in the season.

It did start with Evangel Christian.  The coach doesn't have a clue as to how to motivate this team and get them back in the game.  They are told that they are an embarassment to the coaching staff.  By the coach.  No discipline whatsoever on this team.  Kids walk off during games and start the next.

Martin county doesn't play defense and I sense alot of jealousy on the team and alot of off the court issues (girlfriends).
