If rosters stay the same and there's no transfers? Then Paintsville & Johnson Central would have to be the odds-on favorites, they don't lose anyone, the core of both their rosters are juniors.

Of course, that is living in a perfect world, I'm sure there will be transfers happen to improve rosters, and what about coaching changes? Have to factor that in as well.

I think Lawrence County has to be the favorite considering they won it this year and bring everyone back. Followed by Paintsville then JC.
