Corbin Transfer
#1
Dawson Farmer from Corbin will be transferring to Lexington Christian Academy. I’m told his dad got a job up there. 25-26 Corbin Redhounds will look a lot different without him. He looked really solid during summer ball. Ryder Akins, Evan Ellis, and Eli Pietrowski will be carrying a heavy load without Farmer. I’d say a couple of teams may hop them as a top team in the 13th next year.

Wow, actually looks like a legal transfer.

Unusual to see one leaving instead of landing there (if this is true), but Corbin still has three of the top 15-20 players in the region and will be a top 3-5 team in the preseason.

Dawson actually went to LCA in middle school before moving to Corbin. Huge addition for a team that has little front court depth and a young backcourt. Definitely makes things a little more interesting in the 43rd District for the second spot behind Lexington Catholic. Solid player who, from what I have seen, has really improved.

I don’t see what team could hop them even without farmer. The combination of Akins Ellis and petrowski will be hard to handle if they can gel together and play.
