After listening to all the reports about doctor's here and there and all the medications, I felt as this was going to be the verdict. The man had too much to live for and with an upcoming tour that was already sold out... WHY would he even put in jepordy this type of cash flow and security for his children.... Amazing!

It very well could have been the doctor's fault but at the same time I have a hard time believing that it basically wasn't an accidental suicide/assisted suicide because Jackson knew the risk of the drugs that he was taking. I don't believe that the drugs were forced on him in any way and one time was all it took to take too much.

I agree. MJ was likely the one requesting, asking, demanding, the drugs. The reason why it would be considered a homicide would be the negligence of care from a health provider.

I agree with you. The doctor will likely face charges of negligent homicide or manslaughter.

Just another star overdosing.. Not exactly something new.
If that doctor had not given Michael the drugs he asked for, another would have. I do not think you can find him to be at fault. He was fully aware of what he was taking, just took too much.
