As a big Cavs fan, I have been wondering who the Cavs will trade for before the deadline next month. I have heard rumors about Antawn Jamison, Amare Stoudemire, Troy Murphy, Andre Iguodala, and a couple others. Who do you think they trade for or who do you think they need? I know Chris Bosh is the obvious answer but he is not going to be traded so there's no need saying him. I say Amare would be nice, but I would pick Antawn Jamison.

Amare is a no defense type player and wouldnt fit well with the cavs.

Stoudamire didn't like playing with Shaq before, why would he want to play with him now. There were issues with Amare when he could not get the ball for his 25 touches, and the paint would be clogged with Shaq, I doubt that is his top priority. Plus, what do the Cavs have to give in return to ANY team who wants to trade?

Selfishly, I'd love to see him go and be part of the Indiana rebuilding process. They have the money and certainly need a superstar to build around.

I would go for Jamison, he would bring a lot of versatility(sp) to Cleveland. Not only is he a legit post up player and tough to guard, he can also step out and hit the 3 which would be a huge asset to an already talented Cleveland team.

I agree with that. He does not have to score, but he can. I think he could compliment Both Lebron and Shaq

Right, and with Mo Williams out for an extended amount of time, they could use a third option who can provide a nice scoring effort.

I say trade Gibson and West and see what you can get in a 2-for-1 deal.

Lebron will not let them get rid of West. In the last two years his name was shot down by his good friend King James

Well the one who the Cavs will trade will be Ilguaskus. That will give teams salary cap relief that most ppl are looking for, and then the team will most likely cut Z, and he will be allowed to sign back with the Cavs after 30 days. I know that is what they are looking for, and they aren't against sending JJ Hickson with him or some draft picks. The Wizards are desperately needing to get rid of salary, so I think Jamison will be the one that ends up being traded. I just hope it happens.

No they won't. They will not be able to void his contract. According to ESPN, there is a very small chance the Wizards even attempt to it. When Latrell Sprewell choked his coach a few years back, they tried voiding his contract and were unsuccessful so they don't think the Wizards will be able to. If he has to serve jail time they might try but ESPN still said there is little to no chance of it happening. Therefore they will try and trade Jamison and Caron Butler most likely.
