I played in a couple of games where school records for boys basketball were set. Don't think Keith Adkins record at Paintsville is still good as Todd Tackett beat it, but Phillip Ratliff may still have the record at Lawrence County. The 3 point line came in about that time and records started falling. I think Keith hit 12 3s in that game, but Phillip was just a bull inside. Ah, old school memories...I can remember that crap better than what I had for lunch yesterday.

Now back to the subject I think Patrick Sparks put up 71pts in a HS game at Mulenburg North. And Last season a Kidd from Bell county had 54-56pts I'm not sure which.

In the 15th Region here's the best Offenceive Performances I can remember in the past few years from reading the box scores,Sports OT,and memory(Strickly on Memory so forgive me if I leave out someone.)

How many did Doug Howard from Belfry have Last season in the Regional seem like he had 40+ as well.

The most I ever personally witnessed personally was Landon Slone's 51 in the Regional last year.

Howard had 40 pts 10 rebs & 5 steals in the Regional Final.

I saw a game in the 92 or 93 All A Classic where Todd "Heff" Conley scored 52 for Elkhorn City and Jeremy Hall scored 47 for Allen Central with 12 threes I think...It was a great game.

I was there and that was an awesome game to watch. I think Conley's 52 points was the highest one game total I have personally witnessed.

Bentley never had 49 while he was at SV actually no one from SV has ever scored over 45. Jeremy Johnson scored 45 against Belfry in the regional finals in 91 or 92.

Steven Driver from Lawrence Co against Betsy Lane about 3 years ago poured in 50+ setting a new school record. I cant even remember how many threes he had that game but he hit about every shot he put up.

What was great about him was his range I watched him his senior year play in a winter league game and hit three fromm half court in a game

I remember Nathan Fisher at Lynn Camp back in 95-96 season score over 50 in a couple games. I think his high was 55.

Are you sure about this I don't rember him scoring like that, he scored alot at LC before going to Knox Central his senior year and the Panthers were runner-up to Rick Jones and Corbin in the region that year but over 50 twice maybe but I sure dont recall this. I didn't see it but a fellow named Roger Bolten scored 72 points for Lynn Camp in the late 60's vs a weak St. Camilus team.

Jerry McIntosh scored 65 points against Hazel Green Academy in 1980. This was before the 3 point goal came into play. Jerry went on to play at Lee's Jr. College two years then Union College for his Jr. & Sr. years.

todd conley was one of a life time. he would be in pro basketball right now if it werent for his grades! but my dad still talks bout what a great of a player he was..he went to the ky-indiana allstars! he played against this player in the nba ill have 2 ask my dad and post it..but there wasnt many who could keep up w/him
