I don't think I missed anyone, I don't think Brandon Jones is playing.

I think Hazard is set up to be a very good Def. team, they will have a hard time replacing Slone in the middle of their batting line up but Austin Johnson is a top player in the 14th region and adding Evan Whitaker's pitching (missing peace last season) Hazard will be in the hunt for the 14th regional title. Jordan Olinger and Josh Meehan will be called on to do the big hitting for the Bulldogs. IMO: the key to whole season is the health of Nathan Stupart, seems like every year something goes wrong for this kid. But he's a pretty good all-around baseball player. Hazard starts their season off on March 12th at Westminster Academy, FL in the Westminster Academy Spring Break Invitational. (vs TBA)...

I don't think they have told Hazard who they'll be playing yet. I talked to an assistant baseball coach this weekend and they didn't know yet..

Brandon is just working on Football all summer. Already getting stronger.

If Jones is as good as they say in baseball, how could the kid not play? He could still lift and play baseball. Baseball is the best opportunity for him to go to the next level.

The kid is a very good baseball player but the way everyone around the Football staff has been talking is that Jones is already getting looks and talks from small D-1 as a freshmen. I've even heard some people that are part of the Football program at Hazard say that Brandon Jones will become the "best" football ever at Hazard. But it just seems Jones really don't have the heart for baseball.

Personally I believe he should play Baseball..

I hate then a kid at Hazard says they're not playing a sport to work on another sport. As a small school we need our talent out for each sport. I support all Hazard sports and I want to see them all do well. And to do so we need all our talent out to play.
