OHIO STATE...tradition and poor leadership!
#1
As I watch OSU vs Wisconsin I feel sorry for the players on the field.....as good as OSU is in the BIG10 this year....regardless of the success and winning every game it is for not due to the ill advised, selfish decisions of a few who will never honestly pay their debt back to the people they are now screwing as a result of their actions. Penn State understands this as well concerning the last years revelations!

The Michigan game will be OSUs bowl game. Sweater Vest built success on the OSU tradition, confidence and surrounding himself with a great staff. Great in football ( albeit not against the SEC )...but here's the kicker, good leadership provides incentives not to screw it up for the rest of the team...A great winning percentage couldn't save a great coach from saving his job! A missing piece allowed the few ( starting QB and RB.... ) to put themselves ahead of the team (selling soul for ink on skin and selling maze pants for beating the Wolverines ) poor character selections in recruiting.

I tell you that to tell you this..If the team comes first for the right reasons and people buy into it, great things can happen....UK needs to establish a football tradition with this next hire. Pride, songs, themes, incentivizing success....Bowl eligible 3 out of 5 years would be a prayer answered....Mediocrity be gone!

Mitch & Crew...ramp it up and make it happen! I would like to buy some UK football gear in the next couple years because they have earned my families loyalty and respect. To get butts in the seats at Commonwealth your actions will speak louder than words...GO WILDCATS!
