Collins scored in the bottom of the 7th on an RBI single by Lauren Shepherd, who also pitched a complete game giving up just 1 run.

I did too. I believe they ended up with 8 hits, but had trouble stringing them together. Carroll's pitcher (I think her name was Hawkins) was solid and forced a lot of ground balls. Collins played much better defense than they have been and Lauren Shepherd had a good game in the circle. They have a lot of young players and could be good in a couple of years.
