Shelby County 36, Bullitt Central 32: The Rockets (4-3, 1-1 Class 5-A District Four) got their first district win with two fourth-quarter TDs after trailing most of the game to the host Cougars (4-4, 1-2). Both teams had a balanced attack running of more than 220 yards and passing for at least 95 yards.

Bullitt Central forced Shelby County into seven fumbles but was unable to recover any of the loose footballs and lost its only fumble during a big drive in the game.

Trevor Carnell had 29 carries for 224 yards and two touchdowns for the Cougars.
