^^^agreed. TJ changed the way Raceland thought about, approached, fund raised, even talked about football. His time at Raceland was GREAT for the program. As it will be for Russell. Salmons will do a great job. He has been there for Hoof and Maynard's HC terms. Hoof beig the gutsy and hardnosed coach and Maynard being the football mind that he is, has given Mike great mentors. Mike is very intelligent himself, both on and off the field. Both schools are in great hands. Always have and always will root for Russell as log as Im not seeing them on the opposite sideline.
