Game was a lot closer than the final score indicates. It was a 5-6 point game until last few minutes of the 4th when Bell started scrambling to try to get back in it. Bell played hard, very hard and for most part played well on the defensive end of the floor. Struggling shooting the ball and got some good looks, they just didn't fall. Still heck of a season for Bell, finishing 29-3.

Bell struggled from the field the entire game and Holy Cross has a very good team.Wish the best for Morris and Bell next year.

Yes, Holy Cross has a very good basketball team. You look at Bell's schedule and they played some very good teams throughout the season (Allen Co Scottsville, Southwestern, Bowling Green, Volunteer, TN., Letcher Central, etc but Holy Cross was probably at another level compared to most of them. But again Bell suffered through a horrible shooting night and was still right in the game until the last 3-4 minutes. Again a good season for Bell, Coach Teague does a good job with his bunch.

Bell County can be very proud of its team. If they were in the other bracket, they may well have gone to the finals.
