I'm somewhat new to the iPod. I have a 30GB iPod video. I know the basics; how to upload them from iTunes and all of that, but I was wondering if anyone knew any tips or tricks for their iPod.

For the iPod video, to reset it, hold down the Menu button and the center button. That will unfreeze it if you ever come across that problem.

Anyone know anything else that can be done?

I have the same Ipod you have, and it freezes up on me alot even when its fully charged. But theres really one thing you can do and thats recharge it until you can function it again. Ive tried pushing everything on it and it doesnt unfreeze. There awesome for the entertainment but they are a B when they freeze up.
