Eastern Kentucky @ Louisville 9/7

The Colonels invade the former pizza box to take on the Cards. EKU enters the game after beating Valparaiso. Louisville enters 0-1 after losing to Notre Dame. Louisville leads the all time series 17-8-1. EKU's wins include 1953 when a Roy Kidd led team went to Louisville and defeated Johnny Unites and the Cards. EKU last won against Louisville in 1985 when Elroy Harris ran wild on the Cards. What do you all think about this year's contest?

Well, U of L certainly looked better than I expected against Notre Dame. I originally thought EKU might have a shot, and it’s still the perfect time to get the Cards, who will only have four days to recover and get ready for this game. And you know they’re not gonna be emotionally into it after getting so jacked up for Notre Dame. So I’d still give EKU a realistic shot, especially if some things go their way early in the game. But in the end I guess I’ll go with U of L, say 33-19.

I think you're 100% correct.
