Just went outside and the snow is coming down pretty good. It's sticking to everything now. I'll post pictures throughout tonight.

Went out and the roads aren't too bad. The salt trucks are out and about so that will help.
It's stopped snowing for the moment here but the radar shows more snow coming.

It's horrible up toward where I live.

Unfortunate for me, Eastern KY looks like it will be getting more snow than Central KY.

It is suppose to really hit us early in the morning am I right?

According to WYMT, most of eastern Kentucky is supposed to get around 2-4 inches. Parts of Pike Co. may even get 3-5 inches.

The snow is off and on here. Wind blowing much of it around. I'm waiting for the next squall to come through so I can get some better pics.

The roads are horrible this morning. Drove to work and it's like the salt trucks haven't even been out. I figured US 23 would be clear but it is worse than the secondary roads. Upslope snows kicking in and some nice snowsqualls coming through Floyd Co. right now. We should be tapping moisture from the great lakes until around 5 or so. Should get some decent snows today. Don't get too used to it though cuz a big warmup is coming starting Saturday. Should be in the 60's+ and severe thunderstorms around Monday. Then another snow storm threat around the 15th of this month. The rollercoaster ride we call Kentucky weather conitnues.

All of these were just taken. I'd say we have about 2 inches.... Give or take... It's blowing some snow now too....
