Any HP fans out there?
I'm a HUGE fan, read all the books, and watched the movies.
Part 1 of the Deathy Hallows comes out tonight.

I hate harry potter.
The books are boring.
and I have no plans of watching the new movie.
First part or Second.
Just never interested me.

Not bad, dark - but not the darkest of other movies, Fights - but not the most intriguing of other battles, Sad - but have had more touching, Dark - but there have been darker moments in the first 6. All in all, it kept me interested for the 2 hours. It had a little bit of everything, but does introduce things that have never been mentioned before. It was good, maybe a 7.5 out of ten, with room to get better in the final movie. In either case, it was great time spent with my daughter. I will be interested to see part two when it comes out.

I can't get into the whole Harry Potter thing. I've never seen any of the movies, but I did read the first book which was ok. I didn't like it enough to read anymore of the books though.

It's not my cup of tea and definitely would not watch these types of movies ordinarily, but I started reading the books to my daughter at bedtime when she was little. Now, it's "Our Thing".

I enjoyed it, went with the book better than the Half Blooded Prince did.
Dobby's epic speech killed me.

It certainly was a highlight. Dobby scene (without giving it away) was one of those memorable scenes that you will remember for a long time.

I went to the midnight showing and really enjoyed the film. Hate that it's coming to an end, as I've enjoyed each of them.
The Dobby part was very sad.
