Take care of yourself buddy. Good luck with that. Bob, have you ever tried a good chiropractor? I swore I would never, EVER, go to one. Started seeing one last October, and it's the best thing I have done medically in years. Yeah, the whole 2-3 times per week thing is fishy as heck, but now I only go once a month. Truly straightened me up. I was not a believer, but I sure am now.
Well, I went to one, but not sure if he would be classified as good or not. He did loosen me up some. I was going through the classic cant turn your head unless you turn your whole body with it syndrome. He did help that part but the shooting pain going down my shoulder and arm stuff, he didn't help at all.

My first softball glove did happen to be a Mizuno, but it was my carryover from my High School days
Bob, Hoot, OTH - what would these boys think of wearing REAL Baseball cleatshh:

My dad had a pair real simular to those and I wore them every chance I had. I used to play out in the yard with them on and pretend I was playing outfield for the Big Red Machine and I would throw the ball in the air and run it down for the final out of every game! Surprised i didn't trip and drop the ball. They were about five sizes to big..lol.
Man, Thanks for bringing back some great memories SD.

âRelax, all right? Donât try to strike everybody out. Strikeouts are boring! Besides that, theyâre fascist. Throw some ground balls â itâs more democratic.â

I dont mean to be whimy and all that, but just the memories of when my boys were that age and me teaching them how to throw and all the other stuff kinda gets you all choked up and misty. You really need to get that picture blown up, framed and put it on the wall. I'm tellin you, that one is priceless. That's a real life Norman Rockwell shot if there ever was one.

Nothing whimy about it Bob, those days are sorely missed! We always wonder if our kids will ever cherish the "moment". Unfortunately we probably did not cherish it enough ourselves. Bob, you know my background from stories in the past on here. But this is what I call a "father"! It does not matter what blood runs through my veins, that's DAD!

That must have been the prime spot for a tat back in the day, the old timers always have something awesome there. Not like the tattoos of today. "Real Men Tattoos!"
