Democrat Party Symbol
#1
I was asked yesterday who would speak at the convention that I thought best represented today's Democrat Party.

The answer was obvious. Sandra Fluke. Who better represents today's Democrats than the little whore who expects the rest of us to pay for her promiscuity.

You are right, Harry. The Democrats convention will spotlight their best and their brightest stars. Who better exemplifies the modern Democrat than Ms. Fluke, who enrolled in a Catholic university to protest its failure to subsidize the sexual exploits of its co-eds?

However, alleged rapist and serial abuser of women, Bill Clinton is an entirely appropriate choice to introduce President Obama, who voted three times in favor of allowing doctors to kill survivors of botched abortions by withholding medical treatment.

I doubt she will talk to a chair. However, she may well speak from a bed or from the back of a pickup truck (Wonder if it will have Astroturf like Bill's truck?).

I don't think Ms. Fluke is interested in President Clinton's surplus.

Then use the bankruptcy route. Two dealerships were forced to closed here in Northern Kentucky forcing them to lay off workers, mechanics, and others even though they were profitable. The government gave a third dealership the exclusive GM dealership in Northern Kentucky. Why should the government get to pick what company can be successful and which one can not?

so it's ok for the government to choose what companies are successful in the free market? How do they choose political patronage?

You do realize that the Obama administration closed many dealerships coast to coast, most of them operated by Republicans, don't you? Do you also realize that GM still owes taxpayers billions of dollars and that their European operations are teetering on the edge of bankruptcy and that the Chevy Volt has been a total flop and is costing American taxpayers a fortune? When the economy collapses again in 2013 when Obama raises taxes, will GM (i.e., the UAW) deserve another bailout?

Prince Obama is wonderful. He saved us all from ourselves. I didn't know what I could have done without him.[Image: http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9G...j8akJz-YmK]

It looks like 4_real is having trouble keeping up with the debate.

Romney ad criticizes Obama for closing GM dealerships

Is Obama closing GOP-leaning car dealers?

Obama also fired GM's CEO following the bailout, which was more about saving the UAW than it was about saving the U.S. auto industry. Thanks to Obama, Chrysler is now a subsidiary of Italian-owned Fiat.

You're gonna have to get off on one side or the other before it's all over.
