I love this game and I am sure all the fans on both sides do as well, I just wish it was the first game of the season and then it might mean a little more. At this time of year you just want to make it through and be ready for the next week in the playoffs. If it was played the first game of the season to kick off Friday Nites in the mountains now that would be a great game with a hole year of the fans getting to talk trash. This thread would last all year around. Good luck to both teams come out of this injury free and go a long way in the playoffs. I am taking Harlan with this one. 34-28. HC uses special teams to pull this one out.

I have no dog in this fight but i see a couple of post comparing the Whitley games.
That never works first all. For all we know BC could have been the best game and HC the worst, you just never know.
However i would like to mention that we did throw it like 2 times against Bell

Saying Bell will give up 30+ points is like saying UK will hold a SEC opponent scoreless. It will not happen.
Bell is hitting their stride now and the young QB is throwing the ball better and better every day. Look for him to make a difference friday night. HC will challenge Bell and play very hard. They have a good team and a GREAT coach but it is not time yet for them to get over the mountain!!!!!!

I don't see that either I don't think that HC can score that many on Bell's D as well as Bell scoring that many on HC. I hope Bell can just don't see it either way. I think it will be a knock down drag out football game.

To all the mama bears out there thinking you have this game already won, this BOBCAT MOM can tell you one thing Bell will leave Harlan Alive!!!! This may be the hardest faught game of the season for us, but the BOBCATS will not quit playing smash mouth football until the last second comes off the clock. All your trash talking still doesn't change the fact that Bell is and always will be the KING of these MOUNTAINS. Can't wait to see our bobcats tear your bears to pieces.

If you have not noticed the Dud is not having a banner year at UPike. His son will leave and he will not have any reason to hang around. He will be somewhere on a high school sideline next year.
Bell has an advantage in the trenches and in speed. They will pull away in the 2nd half, similar to last year. I have seen both teams a few times this year. HC is a good team but not ready for Bell.

Everyone keeps bringing up the Whitley game. Bell's offense played their worst game of the year against Whitley, which means our defense was on the field way too much during that game. Bell has improved alot since that game on both sides of the ball. Gonna be good one though, hope no injuries for either team. Go Bobcats! Good Luck to Harlan in the playoffs.
