I think Garrard County is finding their stride at the right time and is a very dangerous team. I think Garrard's defense will be a bit much for a Russell team who still seem to be off kilter on offense.

Garrard comes in with some pretty good momentum built up. Even though Garrard graduated most of their offense from last season, they still have a big group of key players who played huge roles in their deep playoff run last season.

Are offense is awful but the play calling doesnt help. Mcglone and smith will continue to be out coached. In all honesty McGlone needs to go now. he is the only reason we still run the wing T. Then Smith is the O cordinator and O line coach and they are both obviously terrible.

Finally, Garrard seems to have put it all together. I think the MS game is the best game
they have played all year. Minimal mistakes on offense and good execution; Defensively
solid game. If Garrard plays this well, Russell will have their hands full.

This is a true statement. I do however think that the current Russell offense lacks the explosivenss that it has shown in the past. That's just my opinion.

They have had some big plays but they lack consistency. Before Hayse hurt his knee he was really playing well. Hopefully it's getting better. He can be a big weapon. Cathey has has some big plays at full back as well as Stevens. Stevens should be back this week after missing the Raceland game. Huffine and Korcep are very good strong running backs with good speed but not breakaway speed. Evans isn't a great runner but has a good arm and is good on play action if the line can give him time.
