^What happened to your support of Middlesboro? They just won a game most outside of Middlesboro did not expect them to win. Now you drop them out of your top 10. Top 12 actually since you listed 3 for the 10 spot.

Well Bub Pikeville beat Middlesboro like a drum, so I would suspect they should be ranked ahead of them.
I'm not real sure what you guys call Mtn. schools, but if Williamsburg, Corbin, and Pulaski are Mountain Schools, I would have to think Wayne would be. In that case you are missing the 3rd best team in your rankings as well.

:dudecomeon: It's ok if you want to leave williamsburg out.

1A teams just don't play 1A schools during the season.most of them play bigger schools and wins :yikes:

I dont' have a problem with this if 6-9 is a tie. I believe any one of these team could beat the other one in any given week and you put Williamsburg at 10 as a tie with Hazard. Remember there is a sharp drop off after four as of right now

Beat Bell!!!:eyeroll: Big deal!! They got beat straight up by Pikeville, and beat bad. 31 points is a whole lot. Some of you all are funny. Think they should be tied and 1A bias. Funny stuff.

you know that game Middlesboro had 12 turnovers right ? most of them in the redzone ! Bad juejue game, and hard to calculate you have to take it in context not which team you love the most or just who won or lost you have to see the whole picture.

Am I missing something here?
Pikeville beats Middlesboro Badly.
Middlesboro beat Bell soundly.
If Williamsburg, Corbin, Pulaski, and Corbin are Mtn. Schools, I would think Wayne has to be a Mtn school.
In all honesty, all of you are grasping, if you take out the top 3-4 teams the mountain schools are down this year. Now you guys are taking a county with some hills running through it and claiming it as a mountain school because it is in Rural Kentucky.
Johnson Central
Belfry

Pikeville Middlesboro game 12 turnovers by MBoro
Middlesboro Bell game County rivalry game closer than score these teams split if played ten times
Williamsburg Corbin and Pulaski all have Mountains hence Mt Schools, Wayne doesn't even have rolling hills its flat land, they are out the only reason they are relevant in these discussion is because they are in Corbin's and Bell's District
Agreed Mt Schools are down after top 3-4

I am no geographer, buy I am fairly certain the entire southeastern half of Wayne Co. has mountains running through it. Plus the county is in the heart of the Pennyrile and on the edge of the DBNF, I think it probably has some hills bub.
Just saying...
My Top 10
Johnson Central
Belfry
Harlan County
Pikeville
Painstville
Middlesboro
Hazard
Bell Co.
Lawrence
Draw from a hat
Or if the schools you are claiming are mountain schools,
Johnson Central
Belfry
Wayne
Pulaski Co
Harlan County

North Laurel
Bell

:eyeroll: I far from love Pikeville. I actually hate them, was raised to hate them. lol.. I'm looking at it with very clear eyes. Middlesboro got beat my 31 points. That is 5 scores. That is not hard to calculate.

1. JC
2. Pulaski Co
3. Belfry
4. Harlan Co
5. North Laurel
After these 5 it is nearly impossible to calculate without painting yourself into a corner with "who beat who"
I will say Pikeville has the best claim to #6 right now based on their wins over Middlesboro and Hazard.

I'm a firm believer that you as a fan should hate...(well hate is probably a strong word.. but you get the drift.) any team that is not your own. But you should respect them and what they have and can accomplish. I hate Pikeville and PC and all the area teams, but wish them the best and hope they all win out except when they play Belfry. I really mean that. I would love to see Pikeville win state and Johnson Central..heck even Prestonsburg. Just in their respective classes.
I'm getting really sick of some of the Middlesboro fans saying they are still better than Pikeville after getting thumped by them straight up. You will never hear me say that Belfry is better than Central till they beat them. No excuses. Sure, Belfry and Central played some close games and a play here or a call there might have made a difference, but the ending is still the same. Belfry lost!!! 31 points leaves no doubt. I don't think they get that.

You would have to extend this list to 15 to legitimately get Wburg in.

This might have already been mentioned but I think Mountain teams are classified by the WYMT coverage. WYMT doesn't cover Wayne but does cover the Pulaski County schools. Just my opinion.

Then you should have a quadruple death spiral bias against teams that single A teams beat by 31.:devilflam
