Something has to give defensively for Belfry.. right now the Pirates have been playing a very vanilla look and to PC's credit they have did a great job establishing the run and taking what Belfry has given them in their zone. Down two scores Belfry has got to score to open the 2nd Half and then find a way to disrupt PC's rhythm either with pressure or by bumping the WR's off the line to disrupt timing.
Great game called by the PC staff on offense with the exception of the WR Reverse Pass.

PC is taking it to them offensively and capitalizing on Belfry mistakes.
Belfry also helped jump start them with Uncle Mo by putting it on the ground 4 times in their first 8 plays with 3 being turnovers and the 4th being essentially the same as a turnover.
Lots of credit to PC though... they capitalized on those miscues and also answered when Belfry had regained momentum with another score all on their own.

Pirates have been a 2nd half team all year, but they are gonna need to be something special I think to end this on the right note

Game is well within reach right now as long as Belfry protects the football.
Pirates offense has chewed PC up when they weren't laying it on the ground and although PC ran roughshod on Belfry the Pirates did get 3 defensive stops in the First Half.
Belfry has to set the tone on the first drive and be ready because I would almost lay a 5.00 bet that PC tries an onside to try and prevent a Pirate drive from happening and regain control.
If Belfry scan score and get it to 5.. then it is a matter of outscoring PC the rest of the way which I like their chances of.

Totally agree, this is a serious test of the mental toughness of this Pirates team.
