Do you really not have Trinity in the 6A top 10...?
#3
I absolutely love the 6A picks.
#4
Wow, no Trinity in 6A?
#5
Butler being ranked 4th in 6a is comedy!!! They are not better than Male (who beat them by 21) or Manual (who beat them by 4). They played probably the easiest schedule of any Louisville team and lost the games they should have and won the games they should have.
#6
4A is loaded! I would also put Male a little higher in the 6A rankings. Playoffs should be fun this year.
#7
Seeing no Trinity in the 6A rankings just feels weird. That murderer's row schedule really backfired for them this year.
#8
This is better than AP but still not correct for 3A

1. Central (stop picking teams for what they've done in the past)
2. Wayne County
3. Belfry
4. Bourbon County
5. South Warren
6. Paducah Tilghman (give a team with a tough schedule some credit)
7. Mason County
8. Corbin (Cant rank a team above one they've lost to)
9. Bell County
10. Monroe County

Right group but wrong order in my humble but correct opinion

1. Belfry
1. Wayne Co
3. Central
4. Bourbon Co
5. Paducah Tilghman
6. South Warren
7. Mason Co.
8. Bell Co
9. Corbin
10. Monroe
#9
Class 6A

1. Scott County
2. Simon Kenton
3. Male
4. Trinity
5. St. Xavier
6. Manual
7. Campbell Co
8. McCracken Co
9. Butler
10. Central Hardin

Not having Trinity in the top 10 is crazy they have 1 Ky loss and hvae played some of the best teams in the Nation. Scott County and Simon Kenton are virtually tied IMO. There schedules would rank 5th & 6th on this list.

Yes I have Campbell ranked 7th. They have played Dixie who is probably 11, Highlands, SK, Conner, NCc

Central Hardin, Butler, McCracken who have they played again?
McCrackens best oppenents are a 1a and 3a school.
Central Hardin has played Collins.
Butler has played Male & Manual and lost to both.

I will say this. I have no control over the 6A rankings whatsoever.
There are others who do the 6A rankings.
I think you all know Trinity is a top ten team, but think about it guys.

Then ranking is not wrong. They have been less than impressive this year. They are below .500 and although they havent lost to a bad KY team, there still losing. If anyone else in the state was 4-5, people would be wondering why they were ranked.
#12
Central Hardin and Butler have no business being ranked above Male.

IMO this is how 3A should be!!

1) Central (not on what they have done in the past but the fact they have played a harder schedule and played well this year)
2) Wayne
3) Belfry
4)Corbin (they lost to Bell without out best athlete on the field. Take Guffey away from Wayne and Bell would beat them too!!)
5) Bell

No need in ranking anyone else one of these teams wins the state title!!!the rest of the 3A teams cannot compete with the top 5!!! You will know what I'm talking about in the coming weeks!!!

I agree with #1 Central until someone in 3A can beat them
#2 Belfry
#3 Wayne Co...not really tested by that schedule out of district
#4 Paducah Tilghman

None of the rest matter as these are the only schools in the discussion of being in Bowling Green
#15
No trinity in top ten is funny. Many like myself still have T as the favorite to win 6A.

No way you can rank Belfry #1, after that thrashing they took at CAM. Do you honestly think that Johnson Central could do the same to Lou Central on their field? Doubt it! Lou Central just beat a good Prp team, and nearly beat a very talented st. x
1.central

Belfry has traditionally handled JC's ground attack better than most teams, yet they could not slow down the Golden Eagles rushing game this year. I doubt that Central could either. The last and only time that Central met the Golden Eagles, things did not go so well for Central and that team won the 3A title. To assume that JC would not overpower Central this season is not a reasonable assumption. Maybe they would and maybe they would not, but it happened the only time that the two teams met in the past.

The trip from JC to Belfry is not that long and home field advantage is not as great as it was when Belfry was a grueling road trip on a narrow, winding road through the mountains.

I agree. The 6A rankings continue to be a joke and those who are voting Trinity out of the top 10 know that they are still a top 5 6A team.

Been to Cam stadium before and that's the most intimidating place in Kentucky, that's a two touchdown advantage off the bat

Trinity has played the toughest schedule in the country. Deep down nobody wants to see them in the playoffs if they had their choice, they are still very capable winning 6A

This is not the first time that JC has beaten the Pirates at Cam and it will not be the last. JC is also tough place to win a game but Belfry has managed just fine. I don't think that the home field advantage means much in the Belfry-JC rivalry. Two touchdowns? No way.

No way Corbin or Bell can be ranked above Bourbon, PT, South Warren, and Mason this just continues to show your a homer and your emotions override you football since. I seem to agree with you on some things if you could just get past the Corbin thing, I understand your a fan and you want them to do good, But try to be reasonable and use your football since and not let your fandom override what is evident.

here's where I agree with you Central has played a harder schedule and I agree they are good 1-3 are probably a tie more than a 1-3 but you have to put them somewhere and you talk to everyone and they are down this year from previous years. Belfry got beat by a 5A power house and Wayne is a special football team with 22 athletic seniors.

you can make an argument for any order 1-3 but Corbin and Bell at 4-5 that's crazy !!!! Corbin maybe better with the one kid back but Bell is better with two kids they have out injured but you can't count that... what you can count is 7-0 win Bell has over Corbin not who played and who didn't
#23
Pretty good. I think PT should be higher as well as McCracken.

How awesome would it be for an unranked team to win the state championship! It would be like a cindereall story....:biglmao:

I think they disagree with you :Shaking:

Trinity is a top 5 team but they have lost more than a few games. Someone brought up a good point earlier when they said and I will not quote, that any other team with a below .500 record and rank them in the top 10 then there will definitely be some complaining, regardless of a tough schedule. However, by defending this, not every other team is Trinity. The Shamrocks still have plenty of opportunities to prove themselves. Let the playoffs begin!

We'll you obviously aren't up to speed, first of all Johnson Central is 4A, Belfry is a good team, but have some issues, not #1 deserving
#29
3A west is going to be interesting. If it falls out as predicted, there should be two very good games on the same night. South Warren @ Tilghman and Wayne @ Central. Perhaps that's not what the final makeup will be, and Corbin or Bell will rise to the occasion and pull an upset or Tilghman will lay its third playoff egg in a row and let Trigg, Monroe or the Army stay in the hunt. More than any other team in 3A, Tilghman is the unknown ingredient in the mix. Hard to scout with all the changing looks.

Junky my bad on the A class but they are the team to beat in my opinion then Wayne and Central issues or not they are the team at the top
