You could tell more by having the lineman go at it from different schools than you can a 7 on 7 especially when the majority of these schools playing 7 on 7 dont even pass the ball.

Both teams in orange a black (rams/jackets) face a tall task. Go to either Pikeville(rams) or Hazard(wburg) and beat McNamee or Dixon on their home turn in late november. Not an easy task. Both are capable, but its goina take alot of effort and a little luck. Looking foward to seeing how it all pans out .

Its been 22 days since i posted on this thread. The news out of williamsburg is good. Fred Massey will be a beast at RB,WR and LB. I look for him to be player of the year in 1A. I have been told that Skyler Giffithn will be the QB.I also believe Jefferson Patrick will break the state record for most tackles in a 4yr career.Williamsburg defense will be much stronger. :Cheerlead

Skylar is throwing the ball well, he is going to be a nightmare to contain when he scrambles...Look for Massey to play some safety as well as LB...

teams will need to be prepare for williamsburg Defense.

Sr. Chris Helton...A manchild ( don't even tried running the ball up the middle )
Sr. Jefferson Patrick...Should an will break the state record for most tackles in a 4yr career.
Jr. Stone Hughett...Be careful if you run at him.
Jr. Austin Huskey...Hardest hitter on the team.
Sr. Aaron Kissinger...enjoy tackling ( take my word )
Sr. Collin Lamoree... Will be a monster this year on defense.
Sr. Ethan Wilson...I think he will miss a few game early due to injuries. Another manchild defensive stopper.
Sr. Fred Massey...All World my understanding.

I know i"m forgetting some of the other player names these are the one's off the top of my head. :Wave:

If it true Qb skyler Giffith is throwing the ball well and i believe you Oldjacket. Look for Cory Shelton to have another big year along with Chase Lowrie,Michael Rose-Creekmore and new comer Fred Massey williamsburg shouldn't miss a beat. Heck i am on a roll. The 2 best Rb combo in 1A in the east will be Fred massey and Jefferson patrick.....This offense will be hard for east team to figure out. This should be a special team. I hope i get to come to some of the games this year, but i am in a little jam this year cousin camron sizemore transfer to corbin. I will always be listens to williamsburg games on the radio. You got me shaking 64. All we have for rb is little 92 yard Trajon Bright and an even faster Jordan Tyler. We only have 3 of our main rec back as well.

The burg has 46 players on the roster. MHS has 60 players on the roster. Both have 16 seniors. Pretty similar.
