Alot of reps for the JV and Freshman team and some rest for our 1st string, I hope. If Belfrys starters are playing football in the 2nd half then something has went terribly wrong.

I remember when Sheldon Clark beat Belfry. That won't happen again. Belfry with the win. Phillip Haywood is extremely classy so he will do his best to not make it too bad, but you can only do so much.

Belfry can almost call this score. Dixon and company will be to much for SC. This will be a good game for belfry to work on execution. They are almost playing themselves, to make them better. Each week theyâve gotten better and better like a race horse preparing for the derby. Theyâll be dangerous at the end of the year. My only question about them is, what is their peak? I hope they broadcast the potential matchup for the region with them and Boyle.

I agree my friend. I'm not sure what our schedule is going to look like next year. These two year deals are over this year. Cabell Midland, Huntington, Newport, and Bryon Station are all off the schedule from what I've heard. Sheldon Clark is out of district play so they wont be on there. Only ones that are definitely on there is Floyd Central, Lawrence County, and Pike County Central. I'm guessing Pikeville and Johnson Central will remain on there but I'm not sure. So according to my math, five new teams will appear on our schedule next year. I'm hearing we'll be playing LCA in the Pike County Bowl and talks have started with Capital High School in WV about a series but that's just a rumors. Any of you Belfry guru's heard anything about who might be added? I've also heard that after we play LCA in the PCB the following year Mingo Central will get a shot at the Pirates. Like I said, this is just some rumors going around.

Thank you Sir. I didn't know about West Carter and Magoffin County being added to our district. Any idea what kind of football teams they are? I know nothing about them. Will they make our district more competitive?

The last 2 games are being very hard to fill. Iâve been told by a reliable source that we have the games posted on KY, WV, VA, and TN websites and still no luck. Our schedule will be watered way down from this years and years past because of the mandatory district games. I am hoping we get some quality opponents to fill those games so we will be battle tested and prepared for the Tomcats from Ashland!

Sheldon Clark, you have nothing to lose in this game.... play hard & do your best. Playing a team like Belfry will let you know how far you've came & how far you still have to go.
