valley has not come close to beating the quality teams that belfry has this year

the pike central game was a fluke, but district will prove that when belfry beats them on there own floor again.

no they sure havent....they have beat teams that belfry lost to...rose hill.. valley won by like 30...they also beat jc...and pike central! they havent beat magoffin though! but they have to beat "quality teams" but whatever have your own opion ill have mine..mine is belfry and valley both have a possibility of winning friday but im saying valley because when they play together they are excellent if you all want to admit it or not!

I'm sorry but rose hill's "best player" dont Average 30+ points, but i'm not even gonna talk bout it anymore because it is just gonna cause an arguement. I'm not on here for that! but my opinion is valley is not given credit for what they accomplish, and it isn't right to them! but when the game is play we will see! good luck both teams!

I guess it is just hard for some to see the forrest for the trees!With that said wins are wins and a loss is a loss not matter what excuses you can come up with.:lame:

No doubt belfry is a good team but how do you explain(excuses) for losing to a couple of the teams Valley has beat??An excuse is exactly that an excuse.
Anyway you see it,it will be an exciting game between SV/belfry.I say Valley in a close one by 5,not only will Valley have to control the belfry guards but belfry will have to stop our guards also!

But there are some (one in particular) that wants to be the star and hurts the team more than helping them in important games such as Pike Central, Magoffin County, etc. That said, if Belfry plays as a team - the will blow Valley out of the water. It just depends on which Belfry team shows up - the "we just want to win and don't care who gets the most points" team, or the selfish team.

I also agree that the mental portion of the game is the most intense. If you battle yourself emotionally you will not be in the game, you have to be unselfish and look at the big picture, the TEAM. Winning takes every person on the team, from the coaches to the last player. Everyone counts, the negative attitudes must go. I have seen several games, many times when a play is called, they ignore and play their OWN game, henceforth the losses soon came.
In some of the games I have witnessed, these girls need some adjustments on who to listen to, MOMMY and DADDY in the stands or the coach who knows what to call. They have their own little game plan going on, if it is not what they want to run, they don't.
This team has the potential to make a name in the state, they just need to get the mental attitude to go with it. Talent + attitude + desire = CHAMPIONS

rose hill only has two players, but listen belfry will beat rose hill tuesday, the refs ripped belfry at jc, and if you think belfry's guards are the key, hellow, yes they are important but post play will determin this game

Post play is the key, if they cannot get the ball inside what will happen? BINGO they will not be able to shoot outside. Belfry cannot shoot from the outside, and their inside game is fallin also. I don't know what they are thinking, get going girls.
