Obama and Smoking
#31
Braves_Fan_26 Wrote:Some people need to get a life and quit worrying about what the president or anyone else does. Do you not have anything better to do than to rag on everything that someone does? Who cares if he smokes, its his life and who really gives a good **** about smoking in the **** white house, its just another house, nothing special about it, just as there is nothing special about the people *****ing about this. Also, about cigarettes not being illegal, im not so sure anymore, I mean with all the smoking bans, they might as well be. Its like the late great George Carlin said in his last stand up special, the list of rights and freedoms is getting smaller and smaller each year.

The whole world is getting worse with every passing day, even moreso in this country. Sure there are wars, hunger, disease, and many other horrible things happening in other countries, but the freedom we supposedly have and the troops are supposed to be fighting for(yeah right) is going by the wayside. We are supposed to be the country of freedom and independence but yet our freedoms are diminishing by the second. Pretty soon they will be telling us we cant smoke in our own homes or cars, and that we have to marry a certain person or whatever sick and demented thing they can think of. Wake up and see the world and this country for what it truly is, ****.

It is our concern. Noone wanted McCain to be elected to win because of his cancer. So what happens when Obama winds up with lung cancer. Then what is he not good enough? And isn't just another house it's the freakin WHITE HOUSE. It is where our government comes together and where Obama will living for the next four years. And there aren't any laws that say we can't smoke in our own homes.

No one wanted McCain because he was another Bush, it wasnt because of his cancer. Well maybe it was, when ya think about it, he would have been another cancer in America like the one that is leaving the oh so precious white house in January. I could care less if he smokes, drinks, canoodles with women, i dont give a ****, its how he runs the country that matters. Thats what is wrong with this country, everybody wants someone that is moral and has standards and obeys the christian faith or whatever the **** you people go by, it should be more about how he helps and straightens out the mess that was Bushs reign of terror. This world would be much better off if there werent people like that around and if people would just let things be as they are, quit judging everyone and everything, live for yourself and do it the best way you know how and keep your judgements to yourself. In other words, get a life and live it and leave people the **** alone.

Seems like Braves_Fan_26 has quite a bit of rage built up. The White House is the property of the American people and should not be filled with cigarette smoke. What about the people around Obama if he is smoking indoors? Smoking is banned because of the health risks on the people around the smoker. Smoking should be illegal imo because of the increase in healthcare costs in this country. Billions and Billions of dollars added for the healthcare of people who would be perfectly fine if it wasn't for years and years of toking on cancer sticks. Not to mention the amount of money people waste on cigarettes. You could feed every hungry child in this country with all the money spent on cigarettes.
