i know you raceland guys speak highly of this so called "mike hall". I havent really seen him play but if he is as good as advertised at wideout, then it will be interesting to watch him go up against ashland's star defensive back. Who is very punishing...his name is kenroy. You might not have heard bout him because he keeps a low profile out on the field.

They won between them and only one other 1A school at the meet and besides there is no real set state weight lifting mate there are probably a few others that consider themselves the state meet

That was my junior year and I always said that when we played ashand that year they gave us the best game in my 4 years. (ironton)

Raceland gets all those Greenup kids because Greenup football isn't great right now. Coach Copley's main job should be to keep those kids interested in the Greenup program and quit leaving for Raceland. Raceland won't be as good if those kids would stay at Greenup County. Raceland has a solid football program and tradition but at times can be very blinded by success, remember what truly have you won?? A regional championship? State championship? Sometimes it's better to be humble and remember that they are just kids playing a fun game. I agree that too many kids are transferring into Raceland something may be going on there who knows. I think Ashland gets them this year, and year in and year out Raceland is going to struggle with teams like Ashland they just had a couple of good back to back classes. Single A schools don't always have special classes to come through. As always good luck to all area teams.

IMO, a couple of these are laughable if you don't know why they transferred.... the last one in particular!!

I don't care how many transfers they get, the team can't be any better than last years team. I think it's wrong kids can just leave because they don't get along with a certain coach, or group of people. What does that teach them?
