I would say that it will, I read a article the other day that OPEC was wanting oil to reach $80 per barrel.

For sure it will, and soon. What progress have we made since it was over $4 last time? Zilch. The only thing keeping the price down has been the recession. Once it is over look out.

It's all Bush's fault.

It will go back up. With the amount of money that Obama is giving to the automakers and the extra money he is printing to try to stimulate the economy, it is only a matter of time before we start to see some high inflation and the prices of everything going up.

I think 3.25 before summer is over with.

It will reach $3 a gallon by the end of the month and most likely will reach $4 by Labor Day. Basic supply and demand economics along with ExxonMobil and others wanting to post record profits!! One good thing that will come out of this is that the coal industy will most likely pick back up with higher oil prices.

We need the miners to go back to work. I feel for them.

This is what I've heard as well. Hopefully the good that comes out of it will be men in our area going back to work or staying at their job with more security. It's just hard to pay that at the pump every few days.

it will def. exceed that!!

The cool summer has also hurt the mining industry as A/C is not being used as much due to the weather.
