Pretty much how it has always been. There's the NAACP and all black colleges, what about a white advancement group or all white colleges? Are there any? I really don't know, but it doesn't seem like it.

I agree, but the thing with the black colleges is that they give minority scholarships to white people who attend their schools. Kentucky State University is known for that.

Taylor Swift is 19. But I agree that Beyonce was classy about the way she handled it.

I highly doubt they would have scripted this. This isn't the first time Kanye has had an outburst at the awards or about the awards like some have already said. Not only that, why would they script something that would humiliate Taylor Swift, what has she done to deserve that.

And Taylor is 19 by the way, not 17.

As for Russell Brand, i can't stand him. Him hostin the show is the reason I didn't watch it. They would be better off havin someone like Samuel L. Jackson hostin the show.

On a complete side note when I went on vacation this summer we went to Miami Beach for the day and sat about 10 feet from kanye West's girlfriend. We had no clue who she was until some dude came up and asked for her autograph and then a big black guy with a camera (I presume he was some type of paparrazi) snapped her picture in passing.

I got watch the video (finally) and read up on the situation and it wasn't staged first of all. Fox News reported that Kayne was asked to leave and celebs really let Kanye have it when he went to take his seat. Pink even tweeted that he was asked to leave the show and called him some names that he deserved. It was nice to see that when Beyonce won best video that she let Taylor come back onto the stage and give her acceptance speach.
