well well, maybe your team is full of monster defenders that should scare us so bad we might not even show up. We are much better than you think. We have no shot at a state title but neither does your tomcats. Somehow i think we will be able to move the ball like we have against some elite teams this year as their D is much better than yours and I've watched 2 ashland games. Don't read to much into this as i am not saying that we can't possibly lose but i am saying we could win just as easily. Our turnovers were very rarely caused by anyone other than ourselves and in the last couple of games we have cut out some of the TOs. Early in the season we would have fumbled if the other team kept their D on the bench!!!

I agree Johnson central is very good but they will not beat the tomcats by more than a td as the tomcats wont win by more than a td either and to say neither of these teams has a shot is immature cause jc is always prepared come playoff time and this tomcat team has been impressive if im in ft thomas im wondering what happened to the team i beat 53-6 plus highland has to travel to either jc or ashland but back to this game i think you are selling the tomcats a little short i believe before the belfry game belfry had only lost twice at the CAM and this young tomcat team went and got it done should be a battle with some debate already flying around the hype by the 9th will be huge

I hope Ashland remembers the score a few years ago when Dicky Martin and radio crew were talking about JC running the score up. Dicky said "there will come a time when you play again and the other team may not be so nice. We will remember this score." I hope ashland returns the favor this year.

any team who thinks josh albers is the only player this team has is rediculous the whole team is playing this way ask belfry about trey rogers ask irontons running back how hard demartino hits josh albers only had 85 yards on friday and the tomcats still scored half a hundred this team has alot of weapons including connnor swift ,cody withrow, and sam hunter so this is the ashland tomcats not the ashland josh albers

Is Ashland better? YES! Do they scare me as bad as Boyle, Bell, or Horn Lake? No. The way the Ashland fans are talking they are an unstoppable force. I really doubt this is the case. I have watched 2 of their games and their speed, power, and discipline are much improved from last year but they are not close to the level of the teams mentioned above. Not saying JC would beat any of those teams now cause we probably wouldn't but the score would be much different.

i do not remember the eagles running up the score in that game they werent throwing the ball in the 4th quarter trying to score just poor tackling and lack of execution allowed long runs on plays designed for short yardage so the game being out of hand was our fault not jc's

I'll tell you what makes you go Wow, is when everytime you look that kid (senior) is there whether it's a slober knocker or not point is he IS an impact player along with all those SUPER SOPHMORES! Hunter/Whetsel/Withrow/Rogers/Prichard/ too many to list. :biggrin:
