Boyle will get this kid eligible. They have been working the KHSAA for awhile? Didnt they have a 20 yr old play for them back in the late 90's?

Back then they just got an injunction against the KHSAA and that was all that was ever done, has the KHSAA kinda put a stop to that?

Boyle is not the injured party here and will not file any type of suit. If there is any injured party it is Will Dunn. It is up to the Dunn's to pursue any other legal avenues that they have available. You know, Will is eligible to play basketball in January.

I will say this, if any kid that has already sat out six months of eligibility and has or will be in his or her senior year, I think they should be eligible to play.

By the way, Boyle did not get an injuction for anyone to play back in the late 90's. That suit was filed by the players family which was heard in the Boyle court system. By the way, that judge that issued the injuction lost in the next election.
