What could Justin possibly learn from Matney that he didn't learn from Joe Chirico as far as the position he coaches?...Nothing. I never said I was on the same level as Justin, there are things he knows more about than I do, and vise-versa. And I wasn't comparing Craig to Charlie Weiss, was just saying that there are many great coaches out there who never played the game, and it's not just football.

I wouldn't matter who was coaching, alot of people just wouldn't be satisfied. We had Chuke in here back in 04', and IMO when coach LeMaster stepped down they should have gave the job to him. HE and Michael Copely built that team (the 05' team that got beat in the Region Finals at Somerset) into what they were, but NO, let's not hire one the greatest coaches to ever walk the sidelines in the state of KY. It just don't matter, some will never be satisfied.

I wasn't disrespecting any of those coaches from the past, they are old school and that's fine, but it wouldn't cut it against Beechwood, LCA, etc, not now days. I wasn't disrespecting them at all, I loved playin for Ronnie in Elem and Middle School, same goes for coach Sheets, and heck Milton is my cousin, i liked him as a coach in high school.

No ones going to be satisfied when paintsville is getting blown out the way that they have been. I agree, Chuke and Copley would have been good for paintsville. Jim Tom deserved his chance to be the head coach though, so I understand why that didn't work out that way. I am sure that when a coach with one year as an assistant gets a job over a coach that was a defensive coordinator for state championship teams, then whoever made that choice for the program should be blamed. Jason may know football and i question a lot of his decisions..but I will give him credit for taking chances during games (like the fake punt against pburg). I have a question for you though. Why wasn't the Caldwell kid the starting qb last year? Imagine how much better last years team would have been with him as the qb. Thats a prime example of a young coach making the wrong choice.
