That was a GREAT game! MLC played pretty bad for the first 3 quarters, but the 4th quarter was very exciting. MLC scored with about 10 minutes left to make it 24-14. Western then ran in another touchdown to make it 31-14 with 7 minutes left. MLC then marched down the field and scored with about 5 minutes left to make it 31-20. Andrew Page recovered an onside kick (MLC got 3/4 tonight) and MLC went down the field and scored again, making it 31-26. The Titan defense stepped up and stopped Western on 4th and 15. Western punted the ball all the way down to the 8 yard line with 3 minutes left. MLC made many big plays with no timeouts to get the ball down to the Western 29 with about 30 seconds left, and then fumbled the ball on 3rd and 10. The Titans made a great effort but fell just short. Congrats to MLC on a great season and good luck to Western next week!
