csabo, if you are interested in Ft. Thomas let me know. Lived there my entire life with the exception of time away for college and the Marines. Nice little community feel (Collinsworth referred to it as Mayberry in an interview). Very close to downtown Cincinnati. It's a pretty small town (approx population of 15,000) with a really tight community feel, but all the conveniences of Cincinnati, Newport on the Levee, etc. being very close.

I work downtown and it takes me less than 10 minutes to get from my house to my office. Homes can be a little more expensive because of the school system and the convenience to downtown, but there is a wide range of housing stock from multi million dollar homes to homes in the $150,000 range generally available. Some apartment complexes, but not many. As you go further south in Campbell County, there are a lot more apartment complexes as you get closer to NKU, but those house a lot of college students.
