I agree that Raceland should get some consideration eventhough they have never won a regional title. Raceland has had some really good teams that never got out of the 1st couple of rounds due to being stuck in the Northern KY region and really bad luck in the playoffs. Raceland has had 4 really good teams (87, 88, 06, 08), for some reason just came up short. If 06 and 08 teams had won the regional finals, I believe that one or both of those teams would have won it all IMO.
