^ Possibly. He was always a challenge due to his personal demons. He was one of the best workers ever, but he also missed shows for all of the companies he worked for. He was also very tough on the bookers. He was not always a great locker room guy and was very old school in the mentality that all bookers were screwing over the talent. Because of his comfort in his status, he had no issues telling guys like Vince to eff-off. For that very reason, no one except Verne was willing to give him the company title. And that was more to honor Larry Henning than anything else.
