Good luck with your job search. My advice to anybody who expects to be unemployed is to do everything possible to find a new job while they are still employed, and if that is not possible, then make job hunting a full time job.

Employers strongly prefer hiring people who are already employed and the longer somebody is jobless, the tougher it becomes to convince potential employers that they are worth hiring. It's not fair but it is human nature to want new employees who somebody else has already hired.

You are exactly right Hoot. Its easier to find a job while you have a job.
