Stuart Powell "Ford Tough" Football Classic

RebelRowdie Wrote:If Mercer can run the ball well, they might be on upset alert over Collins. Collins allowed 240 yards on the ground against Meade last week, and 132 in the air. From what I know about Collins, they were known for their high octane passing offense they going last year. (Or so I thought, I could be wrong..). Their offense seems to be down aswell, seeing as they only managed a meager 161 yards of total offense themselves.

Mercer will also be battling first game jitters. Should be a good one. I'll take Collins in a nail bitter, simply because Mercer will make first game mistakes Collins should have ironed out.

As for the second game... We all know who i'll be rooting for. :eye roll:

Boyle passed for 193 and passed for 54. The first game jitters are out, so everyone will be read to play, i'm sure. I don't have any stats from ACS and BG last week, but BG sure took it to them. A win on the road at Boyle hasn't been achieved (barring last week, obviously) in quite some time. Boyle wins by 2 scores.

I agree Rebel Rowdie Boyle will be a tough out tonight. Numerous people in the county this week have ask me "whats wrong with Boyle this year". We go 43-2 under French and they think the wheels have come off the train. French and staff will right the ship with a big win tonight. Boyle by at least 21. I really like the name of the bowl. "Stuart Powell Built Ford Tough Bowl". And remember that the Ford Motor Company took no tax money a few years ago in the huge automobile bailout.
