Just because a kid is a backup doesn't mean he can't play. I watched the other QB, "starter", against Bell Co. last week and against Lex Cath last year in a scrimage and IMO the backup QB gave Lafayette a QB that was more mobile than the starter. The kid had respectable numbers to have such limited playing time logged in.
