I stand corrected PTF, we were the third worst team in Class A since we are getting down to specifics. That is quite irrelevant, I might add. Since we are going to get all specific about everything let's just get down to the nitty gritty. You say this team did have the talent but the correlation with talent and production wasn't there. I would agree with that, but, the question you should be asking is why wasn't the production there? The Paintsville Administration's answer to this question was the coaching staff and therefore made a coaching change. However, if Paintsville is going to bring back any of the current coaching staff or hire anyone who has proven to be a liability in the "past," then they are saying they don't care about the direction of Paintsville Football. Rather, since the talent is somewhat there now, the school simply needs to find a "good" coach and that will fix the majority of the problems. People are failing to understand that the downfall of Paintsville Football didn't happen over night. This has been going on for 6+ years since the program was abandoned and put into this situation. If the right hire were made after "Burr" I think it would be safe to say that Paintsville would be sitting a little different as we speak.
