IMO Breathitt Co has threw it more than anybody. Yep they have won 3 state titles. I think lots of the coachs in the Mountains learned to coach the game when runnin the ball was how you won. Running the football is what has put JCHS on the map. Plus size and power are easier to come by than speed in the Mountains.
