Maybe they will hire someone in there JFL so they can run the single wing. It's no wonder they can't build a high school team there varsity runs the spread and there feeder system runs a gimmick offense just to win JFL and Junior high games. Whoever comes in has got to take over that JFL system and make sure the Jr. high runs the same sort of offense that the varsity runs.

It's usually the guy who never played anything or never got significant minutes that goes all in to win little league games rather than develop players. I see it with all sports.
