It doesn't matter if I am a newbie to this site. I have been a moderator for other sites. I was just asking what happen to neutral sites. I did not realize that in Ky that was a neutral site or how the even host the odds etc. I asked a simple question and then explained my question in another post.

It doesn't just mean for this game I mean for all semi state games. It was a question.... Thanks for "explaining" and making a "newbie" feel welcomed. I will go back to just reading all of the mens comments and keep my questions to myself.
