In response to all the bickering about both fans and how the game ended. Both sides were wrong in their behavior at times. Yes, some HC fans got pretty cocky when HC went up a couple scores, Yes, there were Somerset fans arguing with HC fans, and yes, some Somerset players lost their composure at the end of the game. And yes, there were a couple HC players that responded to the unsportsman like conduct from Somerset. It wasn't pretty, but there is NO REASON for any of that behavior from either side.

I was down on the field for most of the game and as a HC alumni and former football player, I was just really excited to see my program go somewhere its never been. The whole atmosphere was incredible. I remember when we beat NCC my senior year in the regular season and we acted like we won the super bowl. Not because we won, but we did something that meant so much to the entire program, we didn't know what else to do. I disagree when people say act like you've been there before, let the players and coaches celebrate cause they deserve it. If Somerset won, I wouldn't complain if they jumped around all over the field, they would've deserved it. It's not being cocky, it's having fun and being happy, what's wrong with that?

And as far as a neutral site, when the home team picks the site, it's not a neutral field. And i like what Kentucky does as far as the playoff sites are set up. It makes ticket prices cheaper and allows both schools to make more money. We could do what they do in Ohio and split the difference in distance. Im up here in Dayton watching my cousin play for Cincy St.X and the ticket price was $10.
